Now there’s a Survival mode that puts you and five other players up against wave after wave of increasingly difficult enemies and you can only play as a Rider to classify. join, but if you want to play co-op right away, just click on Quick Match to get in the thick of the action with a team. While the game can get repetitive, mainly seeing the same settings over and over again, it still helps to play the game in co-op, which couldn’t be easier when you are playing or creating a game and people are playing it. If you’re not playing co-op you still have two AI partners to help you out and revive you if you get downed, but once you’ve completed the game you can make it even more difficult by disabling the AI. The campaign is pretty short unless you’re playing on the Insane difficulty, which, speaking of difficulties, is three in number – Normal, Hard, and Insane. Each enemy has weapons that are more useful against them, just like classes, but the bigger the better. Ticks are also annoying because they will cling to you when you need to pull them out. Then of course there is the gigantic 100ft tall robot towering over you and eventually having to catch up with it just to kill it without being crushed by a single kick. Then there are huge robots that roam the city shooting lasers at you while they even deploy bugs. But then come the robots don’t ask me how the bugs got these things, but they are giant drop ships that deploy more and more bugs to brighten up your day. When it comes to enemies, of course you have your giant ants, tarantulas, and even huge flying wasps which are downright scary… especially if you’re allergic to them. You will have the possibility to choose between the following types of weapons Assault rifle, grenade launcher, machine gun, rocket launcher, missile launcher, shotgun and sniper rifle. Each class being able to use specific weapons which can be found by being dropped by defeated boss-like enemies, so in a way the game even has a loot system. There then Rider who is the only one who can wield any weapon in the game and Tactical can lay mines, turrets or sensors because each class has both its qualities and its negative qualities. NS can fly, but only for a short time, but getting a high point of view can be a big plus, however, as the fastest class it has the lightest armor protection. For example, Battle is a monster that appears to have been created to cause massive destruction, but is slow, but can use the most devastating weapons in the game, while it also has a shield and does not take damage from its own artillery. The four classes or types of armor are Battle, Jet, Tactical and Rider with each of them having their own good and bad qualities. can only be accessed by playing this class. The good thing is that no matter what class you play, you can still unlock weapons and items for other classes, but you have to be of a certain level to use the best weapons you can use. With four different classes or “armor types,” as the games call them, you can play each level with the same class or a different class, while leveling them towards your goal.

There are over 300 weapons in the game as well as four types of upgradeable armor. As for the weapons you want to destroy these buildings with… well, there are a LOT of them, to put it mildly. This is not a problem as the environment is completely destructible so sometimes when you have to go to an area destroying a 12 story building sometimes it is fun to blow them up and watch them crumble as they go. Now the whole game is set in a city, so there are buildings all around you. Sure, killing giant bugs doesn’t seem as fun as doing it, but when you’re in the middle of a swarm of ants the length of a one-story building, things change. Don’t worry, co-op friends, this is of course a local split-screen co-op mode. To top it off, you can have up to three players destroying giant-sized insects in co-op mode in campaign modes while Survival mode lets you play with up to six players in co-op. This game is an endless amount of fun and while the campaign is short, the fun certainly doesn’t end there with a Survival mode and Campaign Remix mode. When I jumped into Earth Defense Force – Insect Armageddon I thought to myself, well, this isn’t going to be good, especially with a price tag of $ 39.99 for a new copy, but I was wrong.
